Program Overview

The PhD program aims to cultivating outstanding researchers of management sciences with global perspectives, innovative capacities, solid methodological foundations and the knowledge of latest developments in management theories. Top students could be admitted from an undergraduate program and be selected into the five-year PhD pathway directly. A majority of PhD graduates secure academic positions, typically in highly respected institutions of research and higher education. The School provides students with rich overseas exchange opportunities. Each year a number of PhD students are selected into top universities such as Cambridge University, Cornell University and University of Michigan for joint supervision.
