Research Area: Management Science and Engineering, Agricultural Economics and Management, Business Administration Candidates are expected to develop and implement the discipline construction plan, to compile world class textbooks, to undertake international cooperation projects or national key research projects, and to develop a research team with international competitive capacity.

2. Key Position

Education Background: PhD, oversea PhD preferred Research Area: Enterprise Management, Accounting, Financial Management, Technical Economy and Management, Tourism Management, Agricultural Economics and Management, Forestry Economics and Management, Management Science and Engineering, and Applied Economics Candidates are expected to be an academic leader in the research area who is capable to teach high level courses, to undertake international cooperation projects or national key research projects, and to develop a strong faculty team for the discipline.

3. Mid-level position

Education Background: PhD, oversea PhD preferred Research Area: Financial Management, Accounting, Neuro-Management, Operations Management, Marketing, Tourism Planning, Leisure Management, Hotel Management, Resource Economics, Technology Management, System Engineering, Decision Science, Industrial Engineering, Innovation Management, Strategic Management, Microeconomics, and Econometrics Candidates are expected to teach high level courses, to undertake national research projects, to assist in discipline construction, and to assist in developing a strong faculty team in the research area.

4. Entry-level position

Educational Background: PhD, oversea PhD preferred Research Area: Financial Management, Accounting, Neuro-Management, Operations Management, Marketing, Tourism Planning, Leisure Management, Hotel Management, Resource Economics, Technology Management, System Engineering, Decision Science, Industrial Engineering, Innovation Management, Strategic Management, Microeconomics, and Econometrics Candidates are expected to teach high quality courses, to undertake national research projects, to be active in discipline construction and international cooperation, and have published SSCI journal articles with first author or corresponding author.
