With globalization as one focus of its mission, the School of Management has initiated the “4G” strategy (Global design, Global organization, Global operation, Global development) in international cooperation to achieve co-evolution with global partners. The School has been collaborating with top business schools worldwide in areas of joint research, joint academic programs, faculty and student exchange, faculty training and executive training. The faculty members actively participate in academic exchange overseas, and many students join in the international exchange programs, double degree programs, joint supervision, international summer schools. MBA/EMBA/EDP students also take part in the overseas study tour.

Global X Program (GXP) is the most important step in the School’s internationalization strategy. Olin Graduate School of Business (USA, North America), and EMLYON Business School (France, Europe), the School has established a series of global joint programs such as the Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management Program (GMSCM) collaborating with McGill University and Global EMBA Program with HEC Paris. All these programs have greatly enhanced the school’s international impact.

The School organizes 3-5 international academic conferences each year covering the areas such as Global Manufacturing, Management of Technology, Strategic Human Resources and Entrepreneurship, Family Business, and Neuromanagement and Neroeconomics. The School is also champion partner in the Regional Entrepreneurship Acceleration Program (REAP) organized by MIT and member of the Successful Transgenerational Entrepreneurship Practices (STEP) initiated by Babson College.
